The fear of panic attacks

The fear of panic attacks tends to worsen a persons situation. A panic Attack never announces itself before happening. You suddenly find yourself short of breath and hyperventilating. Its like your lungs are collapsing and your heart is racing. Your palms turn damp and your pulse accelerates. Wobbly all over, you are also caught up in sheer terror. You’re simply paralyzed. These are just typical symptoms of panic attacks. Other symptoms are distorted visions, nausea, tingling sensations and dizziness. At the bottom of everything, you are so unreasonably scared that you cannot think or move. Nothing ever seems to cause a panic attack. It often debuts with a death like impression on the mind of a victim. Lasting sometimes as long as ten minutes, panic attacks have been known to come in waves. Frequent recurrences of this will have to be a panic disorder. It can be cured, but the patient will have to be meticulous with their medication. Diazepam and lorazepam are chief amongst the initial treatments the doctor would order for the patient. You will likely find others that are treatable with anti-depressants. Panic attacks can be treated, though. In conclusion, worthy of note is the fact that however bad they look, anxiety panic attacks do not originate from cerebral conditions but from inexplicable states of affairs that the victim cannot control.
